What we collect

Your document: the file you upload and, for Word files, the automatically converted PDF. Photos of notes are turned into a PDF on your own device; we receive only that PDF.
Contact details: name and phone/WhatsApp number, and your email address if you choose to give one.
Delivery details: your chosen drop point and time, or for express delivery your location on campus and directions (nothing extra for pickup).
Order details: printing options, prices, order and payment status, and timestamps.
Payment references: if online payment is enabled, the payment provider's transaction reference. We never see or store card numbers.
Technical data: a one-way, salted hash of your IP address for a short time, used only to prevent abuse (rate limiting).

Why we use it

To print and deliver your order, contact you about it, take payment where applicable, prevent abuse, and keep basic business records. If you tick the optional marketing box, we may also send you occasional news and offers. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Who can see your document

Documents are stored in private cloud storage. They are never on a public link. Only authorised staff of the print shop can download them, through a login-protected dashboard that creates short-lived download links. We do not read your document except as needed to print it.

Service providers

We use these providers to run the service: website hosting (Netlify), database and file storage (Supabase), email delivery (Resend), document conversion ([CONVERSION HOST]), payment processing (Paystack / Flutterwave, if enabled), and Google Fonts for the website typeface. How long we keep it

Files you upload but do not order: deleted automatically shortly afterwards.
Your documents: stored securely while we print and deliver your order, then permanently deleted automatically once the order is complete or cancelled.
Order records (without documents): kept for [PERIOD] for accounting and support.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your personal data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to marketing, by contacting [CONTACT EMAIL]. You may also complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.
